This feature allows you to import Planner tasks into Outlook via an iCalendar feed. Today, Im happy to announce that weve completed roll out of the feature: view Planner tasks on your Outlook calendar. On the Other tab, select Advanced Options, and then start Outlook with a specific folder open. A few weeks ago, we announced several features to help get organized around a schedule in Planner. This overrides the other options when you select Options on the Tools menu. You can also read more about setting up Zaps here. Ok, so I don't know what type of noise your Microsoft Outlook calendar makes when telling you it's time to hop into another meeting-but I do know that having an organized calendar is a must. Well, dang, you think, why didn't this show up in the correct calendar? I need a little more time to prep! And does my team know about this meeting, too? Set the task’s priority by using Priority. If there’s a fixed start or end date, set the Start date or Due date. It's best to keep the name short and then add the details in the task body. In the Subject box, enter a name for the task. Ding, ding, ding: Up pops your warning that you have a meeting in five minutes. Create a task Select New Items > Task or press Ctrl+Shift+K.
